Returns and Exchanges

We are a small business and at this moment in time we apologize that we cannot routinely offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any items that we sell.  However, excellent customer service is extremely important to us and if you are not happy with your product please get in touch by e-mailing hello@willowandgreene.co or by calling 215-253-3635 and we will move mountains to try and turn that frown upside down. 

Damages and Order Issues

We are committed to using plastic-free packaging wherever possible, which costs a premium but is good for our planet.  Sometimes our shipping partners do not love our packages as much as we do, so breakages of fragile items may occur.  We have also (very, very occasionally) been known to make mistakes with orders. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@willowandgreene.co if items are damaged or missing.
